This specific Wush Wush variety is very rare and exotic in Colombia, with exciting flavours and the added notes of the processing method chosen by the farmer, which consisted on picking ripe beans and fermenting dry in cherry for 8 hours and another 147hr closed with the addition of lactic bacteria, then pulped and fermented rotating the juices produced in the first fermentation every 4 hours. One wash and rinse, then sun dried.
